Report Overflow

I've created a db where 7 individuals enter their data in 7 forms. This data is then combined to form one report, but these individuals wish to edit this information once brought together. I thought an easy solution would be to publish this report to MS Word. However I ran into a problem, I preview the report and then try to publish it to word but I get a OVERFLOW message. What can I do to correct this or is there another way I can edit this information once it is brought together. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Are these 7 forms required to complete the information for one record? If so, make a query containing the information contained within the tables relating to these 7 forms and create a new form that shows the combined information. That way any user can edit the information.
