Report sorting

I have a report which is query based, it produces % share both in Text format and in a Pie Chart. My question is how can I restrict the data to only say the top 5 share with the balance being "others" I cannot get the text side to sort in decending or assending order or a way of limiting the data to only the 5 top share.

Use a Union

There are possibly better ways to do it, but one solution would be to create two more queries.

New Query #1) Use this query to calculate the share of all other records NOT in the Top 5.

New Query #2) Create a Union query that joins your initial query (the Top 5) with New Query #1. The union query would return 6 records, your top 5 and the one record from New Query #1. Base your report off this query.

Hope this helps. Again, there might be a better solution, but this is just a thought.
