Report Title Based on Parameter Value With NO DATA

I have a report that when the user requests the report the can enter a Title that they choose for the report. (So I have a Parameter Control that they fill in on running the report).

My problem is that when the report has no data to return they still want to fill in the title and print a blank report for Audit purposes.

I can't seem to get this to work.

Can anyone help?

On the report's NoData event, print something approrpriate, i.e. another report.
