Report with Counts by Month (1 Viewer)

I am trying to create a report with counts of procedures with months horizontaly across the page. Vertically, I want to list counts by procedure, summed to each doctor summed to each location. Something like this.
Boston Jan Feb Mar
DR1
Proc1
Proc2
Total Dr1
Dr2
Proc1
Proc2
TOtal Dr2
Total Boston

Any suggestions?

You should be able to do this with a crosstab query. Use the wizard to help you build it.
