Reports & Forms wizard not working help

Hi
I would like to use my Reports & Forms wizard but when I click on it nothing happens ( does not work ). I have reinstalled Office 2000. Please could help me.

For the reports and form wizards to work you need at least one table to work from, otherwise the wizard has nothing to use. the same as the Autoform/report features.
