Reports look wrong but print right

Crazy one this
have a Report with a subreport
the report view is missing data and total from the subreport but if i print its fine even the totals have changed .

any ideas ?

How about the Report Preview mode which is different than the Report View. What version of Access are you using?

i rebuilt the subform using the wizard and that seemed to fix it now ....
saved my old one but apart from an extra link in the child/master cant see any difference

another interesting problem i saw was when i ran it on another computer a laptop with smaller screen the final total down bottom printed !Size but printed fine on the computer built on with higher resolution
