Hi from ARGENTINA!!
Ive created 1 database for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) management.
The database has 1 table for names and personal data, 1 general database for registry of PPE delivery and 1 database for PPE names (2 fields: autonumber and PPENAME).
The general table admits more than 1 PPE per delivery. Ie: 1 mask + 2 gloves.
The way to select and create the record is via a form in wich i have 4 comboboxes and other tipyng data such as dates and PPE quantity. 1 of the comboboxes is for selection of the emploees. The other 3 are for selecting PPE from PPE table.
Here the question:
I have created 1 report in wich i display the data of the delivery and i canot find a way to show 3 diferent PPE that i had selected in the form, from the PPE table. Do i have to have 3 identical tables for PPE? (wich solved the problem but has the difficulty of adding 3 times a new PPE in every PPE table) Any other way? Sorry for my english!!
Thanks

Juan

You need to join all three tables together in a query and base your report on that.

Your English is a lot better than my Spanish!
