Reports won't open...

We have a database shared by 4 users. The file is on the server, the software on each workstation. One of the users can't open any reports - nor can he design reports. We have done everything suggested here (on my previous thread) and have also uninstalled MS Office and reinstalled it.

Can anyone offer any advice please?

From previous mails here we picked up the advice about changing printers and this has worked. Sorry for posting unnecessarily.
