Resizeable and Movable Textbox (1 Viewer)

same intent as with this title.
make sure the Textbox is "loose" (On design view->Arrange->Remove Layout).
if there is bug, report to me and i will try to fix it.

If I resize it by moving the mouse to the left of the textbox itself, it still resizes as if I was moving the mouse to the right of the box. just FYI I guess.
