Restrict report to selected or All

I have seen thos done before but cant work out how its done.

I have a drop box that selects a location from a table,

A report is then produced that filters for the selected location.


I want the drop box to have "---ALL Locations---" as the 1st item on the drop box...


1) How do I achieve this "-All Locations-" within th Drop box
2) How will The query then refoer to this Combo Box
