retrieval and report of non-consecutive data

I have a database that is automatically generated out of a water management software. I want to generate a new table, or preferably an excel file, with only the last recordings of each 24 hour interval, in this case at 7:00 πμ (greek for am). The meter resets afterwards, thus i get the daily volume of water. The path for the data is TViewTags, Station1-Cumulative_flow (sub-table). I attach a part of this database. Hope i am not asking for too much!!!!
