I'll be grateful if someone can explain to me how to reverse the tabs in the tab control, instead of starting from left to right, it will be from right to left.

You can't with the built-in tab control. If you want that functionality you'll have to look for a third-party ActiveX control and then would have to install it on each computer you want to use it on.
