right click print menu not appearing

my users have all of their startup options stripped in my system, but I’d like them to be able to right click on a report and have a menu popup that will allow them to print the report. What should I be looking at?

Customize a Short Cut menu (Same as a Custom Toolbar) for them and Add it to the Short Cut menu property of the Form/Report
