Is there any way to create a Dainmic Risk Matrix in access like the one attached?

Iv' done this in excel.

I have an example of Stephen Covey's Time Management Matrix created in MS Access. The Matrix consists of four subforms on a main form. It's an interesting example because it demonstrates how you can use just one single form, replicating it four times to give you the Matrix.

It's an example of what you can achieve with sub-forms and VBA code.
