RTF format and the notes field

I export my reports in RTF format to email them to clients we have. Normally this works fine, however it has come to our attention that the notes field box when exported into RTF format cuts short some of the text, it is important that our clients recieve all of the information in these reports... any suggestions. I have gotten one response to this but to be honest it was beyond my abilities to do, is there a simple solution to this other than snapshot format
