Run Multiple Reports to attach to emails

I have a report that I need to run either once breaking by each department or individually for each department. Once the report(s) are run, there is a table with a specified email address for each department. I would like for each department report to attach to each corresponding email address. Can anyone advise on how to best handle this? Thanks, Jim
