This might be a linguistic issue because I sense that maybe English isn't your native language? No matter.
Strictly speaking, you cannot do exactly what you asked. What you CAN do is to put a button on a form that OPENS the query. If the query contains something that would prompt you, it will ask its pop-up question when the query is opened.
The way to do this is to create the query first. Then on the form, enable the control wizard and create a command button. The wizard will ask you what you want to do. One of the many possible actions is to open a query. You select that option, the wizard asks you the name of the query (and lets you select it from a list.) You select the query name and (I think) you get to choose the icon used on the button. After that, you are done.
