Salesman's Scheduling DB Help

Hello DB Experts,

I have attached a db (Access 2K) that suites most of my needs for salesman scheduling. There is a few items I would like to do with it and am having trouble with:

# 1 - Change times across the top (where it says 12 with a 0 underneath) to 12:00 PM.

# 2 – Set times across the top to only show a certain time range (9:00am – 9:00pm).

# 3a - Hover where there is a diamond and pop up a form (partly transparent?) showing info about the appt.
-OR-
#3b - Click on a diamond and open a form showing the appt. info.

#4 - Click on a place where there is no diamond and open up a form to enter an appt for that salesman and time.

Open frmHourGrid to see how I want it.

Your help with any of these items would be greatly appreciated.

Don't expact us to dl your db and start searching all of it for the specific code....

You should put your question, and code used, put pictures of what you have and what you want to have .....
