Save as template problem

Hi everybody
I have a problem make me crazy and i don't how to fix it
i have a database file is working fine all command buttons, navigations forms, reports working fine

when i save this database as a template file ACCDT and try to use this template again i found every thing corrupted
command buttons in navigation forms gives error module not found , reports based on queries gives from clause error and unbound list box not working
i reinstall all office to ensure no corrupted files but problem still exist

please anybody can help me

Are you running the template on the same PC?
