Save in VBA user controlled destiny

Hi there - I would like the same ability in two different flavors.

First is a situation where the User can export the reults of a MakeTable to a .txt where they control the name and file destiny with a dialog box.

Second is a situation where I have a Macro built that exports two different files. Currently I have the files going to a TransferSpreadsheet destination on a server. I, again, need them to be able to save the file to a of there choice with a dialog box.
