Saved Records not Showing

Hi,

I have a form with a subform. The form allows to scroll through all the records. The subform is to save an individual record for each record in the main form. For example, the main form displays Company Name IBM. Then the subform has information about IBM and saves that. The use can save mulitple records under IBM.

All the records are saving correctly in the corresponding tables, but when one scrolls on the screen it DOES NOT show them once you've scrolled to the next company.

In other words, if you create two records in the subform of IBM then move to the next company (MICROSOFT)..then when you scroll back to IBM..it shows BLANK records...it doesnt save and show the records you had just inputed.

Why is that? how can i fix this.

Any help would be great.

Are the forms linked correctly?

yes, they must be..cuz the correct values are in the tables.

Is Data Entry set to yes for the subForm? If so set it to no

data entry = No

already was on NO.

Post a zipped 97ver of your db here, so we can take a look

the two forms that need to be fixed are: Installed products form 2, re_use_availability_form.

the problem in the two form is...when you enter data in the subform...and then navigate to a different company and product...(the bottom scroll)..then when you go back to the subform for the product you had originally inputed data..it doesnt show it there anymore...

but the weird thing is...it is all saving in the correct tables....

the data entry was set to yes..when i checked again today..
so it put it to NO and wallah it worked
