saving a field

hi, when i press a button on my form to close it, i have told it to requery a combo on the form it opens over.

the problem is it says i need to save the field before i run the requery command.

any know how to solve this?

I'm sorrry, but what exactly do you mean by this statement? Is the combobox on the form that you're closing, on another form that's already open, or on a form you're about to open?
