Screenshots: How To?

I see several examples on this and other sites of developers taking screenshots of their forms/reports/etc. and placing the images in HTML pages. How are you guys taking these pictures and what file format are you saving them as?

To make a screen shot.

Hold down [CTRL] + [ALT] + [PRINT SCREEN] to copy the current screen to the clipboard.

Paste it into a graphic package and save it as a .jpg

Add the .jpg as an attachment...or if you upload your picture to another webspace you can link to it with the [IMG] [/IMG] tags.
