Scrolling through records

Hi any help appreciated,

On my form I have created buttons for all the different ways of accessing records. On the move to next/last record buttons how do i make them scroll fast when you hold it down? (Like it does with the default record scrollers)

Why don't you just make a combo box so you can select the records (also has scroll bar)
