Search Form Help

I have a search form based on a query. the form works. i would like the form to be empty when i open it, how can this be done?

In Design View, on the Data Tab set Data Entry to 'yes'

Search form help

i set the data entry to yes, then my form does not work. When i select the name in the search my form does not fill the fields with data.

Do not set the data entry to YES because then you can't search against it. What you need to do is define the query criteria. See the database I posted in this post, you should be able to see what you need to do.
