hey guyz.
i've made a query which asks for "fullname" and then takes the user to a form with records of patients with that name. on that form is a button which should take the user to the particular record.
however when the user clicks on the button it takes them to the form and the very first record that was added, not the record found from the search query.
any help would be much appreciated.
