Hi there,
I did some searching in the forums, but couldn't find anything on this issue.
Does anybody know if I can search from my access database into a directory of word files and search each file for keywords? I'm thinking if the keyword is in the document I would check off a field in the database table then I would get a results form with links to the actual documents for those records that were checked off.
I want the documents outside of the database because each could very well be 40 or 50 pages and I'm hoping to keep the database size down.
Any advise would be appreciated.
