Section Footer Average Aggregation

I want to have a report section header control aggregate the averages from the detail of the sec" (did that come out right?). The problem is, there are values in the detail of "0" that I don't want to be included in the section average. When using the average function, it includes values of "0." For the report footer, the DAvg function works for eliminating values of 0 but this doesn't work for sections.

Any ideas?
