Hi, I have got some notes from Access Security FAQ with steps on how to protect a database. I have created a new Workgroup file, log in as Admin and added a password for this user. I then created a new user called DBA and added it to the Admins group. The next step says to quit out of Access and then come back in as the new account 'DBA'. I can't figure out how to do this bit, I keep coming in as Admin. My notes say that by setting the password on Admin it prompts Access for a logon Name and Password when I come back into the database. I only get prompted for the password! I also can't change the database ownership from Admin to DBA, why would this be?
