hi guys

i am running a database at the moment. i have a select form which allows me to select a specific piece of data which highlights when i select it. however if i want to select more than one item of data which is usually the case when the report is printed out the is no order in which that data will print
my question is when i select the data from a combo box how can i organize that data into the order i want to print it out

i am quite new to this so please i need it in idiot proof

Include a ORDER BY clause in the RecordSource of the data.
Without knowing more detail about how your setup is structure it is difficult to be specific.
