I'm not sure if this is the correct place, so u'r welcome to move if necessary
I have MS Office 2010. I created a DB which is connected to a SharePoint Tasks list. For that DB I created a form that shows each Task, and each has a field named "Client".
Each of the clients has a specific Group within MS Outlook, which I need to update via email when the status changes. What I write in the email is unique, so no need to Automatically send when status changes.
Basically what I am looking for, is a button that when pressing it will check the Client on the "Client" field in the selected Record, and open a New Email with the Outlook Group of that Client. If I cannot use Groups I will enter the full email address within, but easier with groups
Hope what I'm asking is clear. If not let me know and I will explain further...
Thanks
