How to increase the length of the text to more than 255

I am zero in VB, can you please help me with the code - I want to send e mail through send object in the message box - it is allowing to put maximum 255 letters, but I want to put more than 1500 letters and also don't know how to start next line ( my message box will go till end of the screen then it is turning to the second line) please help me

Now I am using the following in the message box

=[Forms]![Shipment Advice]![CONTRACT NO] & ":: Contract's Shipment Advice" & "--Buyer:" & [Forms]![Shipment Advice]![BUYER] & "--EXP:" & [Forms]![Shipment Advice]![EXP] & "- " & "Please find the attached Shipment Advice" & "- Thanks -abc&co/xxxxxxxx"

More than this I cannot add - please help

sounds like you need to use the mailitem object instead of the sendobject command. Here is a link explaining how it is done:

vbCrLf will give you a carriage return
