Sending reports by email

I have a report that is looking at one record in the entire report file (I.E by quote number) I want to send this report by email but I need logo and other graphics on report. Is there another way to do this without using the snp file structure. Im worried that some of the people I email to wont have this installed...

That is a very good question I am faced with the same problem and many people do not have snapshot viewer installed. I am still looking for the answer.

Send by Email

You can send a report by Email. Send it as an RTF file. the majority of the world use MS Word as their word processor, RTF files can be read by most word processing packages.

Here is a sample database that I have created for use where I work, Open up the Main Form and enter the information, press the submit button and the record will be saved and report created and ready to send to your recipient.

You can also add standard graphics to the report together with company logos etc.

Mousemat, I checked your file, but it does not actually email a graphic created in the original report, at least not when I added a graphic in using insert object or insert picture in report, save, and then run the form.

Do you know any trick to actually send the graphic that is saved with the original report?
