Seperate record on seperate PAGE

hi

i have a report based on a query. The resulting list always has 5 records for each ID number.. I want to have all 5 records from an ID number on a separate PAGE. Im printing a letter for each ID number to accompany the records thus do not want to mix the records..

Is this possible? Can anyone help me on how i can do so?

in the sorting and grouping of your report, you can do forcenew page

Another option is to right-click on the section header. Go to Properties and "force new page". Select before section or after section depending on where you want the break.
