setting april as week 1

hi guys

i have a query that sorts date information into weeks. i use the function
format([date], "ww yyyy") for doing this
my question is how can i sort the date information so April starts as week 1
and month 1

im not sure what i do with the code do i drop this into the SQL view of the query??
another thing my field name is Quoted Date so i change that to suit????
