Short cuts to use the correct workgroup

Hello,

I read the paper, "How I Use Security with Microsoft Access" that was suggested by a member in the forum. I followed the instructions on creating short cuts to use the correct workgroup. My question is once I created the short cut and opened the file, the workgroup path in the workgroup administrator windows shows the default file "System.mdw" and not the new workgroup that I created. Is this right? I'm new to working with the database security, and so perhaps I'm missing an explanation from the paper.

The idea of using the shortcut is that you aren't changing the group you are joined to, but you use that group to open that particular database. So, the workgroup administrator should correctly NOT show you as part of that other group.
