Showing a "schedule" in a form (1 Viewer)

This is related to my scheduler database thread as seen here:

I am trying to find out how I could take a schedule of 9AM-5PM and plot specific entries from a table. Not all times have a related record, I might just have 12-2 on the table, and expect that the rest of the times show "blank" or"free".

Any advice?
