Hello, At the end of a report I would like to count all the people who are trained(as a date) and divide that by the total number of people. =([countoffieldhygiene]/30) and then formate that to percent. The problem I'm having is that I have a conditional format that turns the date red if their training is out dated, how can I reflect that in the count??? Should I put in the expression something like [countoffieldhygiene]-([fieldhygiene]+365)>Date() Does that make sense??? Thanks again for help

PS as a side note, how should I go about using a count of all the records ie "30", if we add or lose people I don't want to have to go back and change all my formulas. I think I could just plug in a count of names etc, that would give a consistant number.
