I downloaded a trial version of Microsoft 2007 down onto my computer, put it in another folder so it didn't over-ride my 2003 I have.

Now I uninstalled the 2007; I open my Access 2003 and I get the error that SKU011.CAB can not be found, this is a real pain and really need to resolve it.

I did change it to 0 then I get the Error 1311. The reason I put it here in Access is my Word and Excel work fine its Access that is having an issue.
What do I do with Error 1311?
 
Went to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> Software -> Microsoft -> Office -> 11.0 -> Delivery ->
I have 1 line and changed the CDCache from 2 to 0

Why not run a repair of your office 2003 installation and see if that fixes the problem.
 
Tried that, the repair failed with an error and didn't complete.
 
I suggest you uninstall access 2003 and then reinstall it. If that does not work then you should do a full uninstall and then reinstall office 2003. I think microsoft has a program [or they used to] that you can download and use to ensure everything related to office is uninstalled. Do that before you reinstall office 2003.
