I have a report that groups member names alphabetically and counts the number of days they show up at the club and counts the number of days. Therefore the report is only 3 columns wide. I would like the report to start at the top and go to the bottom of the page. Then I would like it to tab over and print this information in a second column on the page before going over to the next page much like mailing labels do. How do I get the program to do this. jeff

Use the label wizard in the report section. Labels in Access work in the way you have described; if you have three columns on the page, then the labels will move down the column, then at the bottom feed into the next column on the page. File --> Page Setup will give you column options. You might have to "fiddle" to get the labels small enough to all fit on one page. Also, watch for the classic problem of your printer not being able to print close enough to the edges of the label sheet to fit all the labels on them!
