Snapshot of form on another form

I have a database which displays a form "Plasma1". This form has a timer for 5 minutes, when it closes this form to refresh the tables/queries another form called "frmRefresh" displays a message "Data refreshing Please wait". This is on screen for approx 3 minutes.
What I was wondering is can VBA take a snaphot of the form "Plasma1" before it closes and then display the sanpshot on frmRefresh instead of the text message

you could copy the record or records to a temporary table just before the timer and view them from the temp table in the second form then destroy the temp table at the end of the second form. hth.
