I've just purchased my copy of the Access 2000 Bible now I need to get the Software!!!!

Is it better to buy Access 97 and then upgrade to 2000 or just to buy Access 2000? I was surprised to see Access 2000 at the £250 mark when Office Pro doesnt cost much more.

Can anyone recommend some good websites from which to purchase.

Look on ebay. I would not buy Access2000 when Access2002 is available... If the price is not that different between Access and Office then look into buying Office XP (Office2002) and if you are planning on creating and selling databases then go for the whole 9 yards and buy OfficeXP Developers Edition...
