Not entirely new to Access but still a novice. I'm working on my second database and have encountered some interesting challenges. I am a volunteer at our local hospital and have taken on the challenge of developing a database to track the training courses that our volunteers are required to take. I have it in a functional form where it is now live but I am the only one using it. My current efforts are to improve the functionality and harden it before turning it over to other volunteers for daily use. I have tried to keep it as simple as possible by staying with the confines of Access. In my improvements I find that I need to venture into the world of VBA. I have some exposure and am still learning.
