im new to access and would like a little help with this datebase. Then i click the report it brings records up that has black fields. I would like to keep the records because the records have other information in them that i need. how could i go about hiding records on the report but keeping them in the datebase. I guessing some kind of filter but i have no clue on how to mess with filters. thank you in advance for any help given.
