Sort in form by columns

Can anyone help me with this? I have a form that displays 7 columns with various different types of data. How do sort a column by des or asc? What I would like to do it just click on the column header and it automatically puts it in asc once I click it once or desc when I click again. This is just an example if someone has a better way of doing this please let me know how.
