Sort report by =Count(*)

I have a filtered report grouped by name and their competence. so if someone has 3 competencies based on the filter it shows the 3 comps under their name in the group. i Have added a =Count(*) to the name header showing their 3 comps and would like the report to order by the highest competence first. at the moment it is ordering by name. is this possible.
