Ok this is hard to explain but i have 2 tiers of information in my report. Property and then Systems related to those properties.

Ok so far so good. Each property has a score. I have sorted and grouped on this first. Each property also has a system which also has a score. At the moment all my properties are sorted by their ID number and then all the systems under these properties are sorted by their risk score.

E.g Property1 has 3 systems with risk scores ranging from 0-4
Property 2 has 2 systems with risk scores ranging from 2-8

At the moment Property1 appears first with all its systems sorted by risk score even though Property2 has a system with a higher risk score.

Is there anyway to sort the properties by the system riskscores with out fragmenting all the systems. (I.e so the systems still stay under their related property but the property with the systems with the highest scores appear first)

Thank you for reading this if you managed it. I'm sure i didn't explain it very well but if you have any ideas, questions please let me know!

Matt

If you want the properties listed by their score and not their ID then you'll have to use the Risk score for that Property. You'll have to use the underlying query to get a ranking list that suits your requirements
