Sorting numbers from a combo

cboFaith offers 8 possibilities for religion.

Three other fields are, say, Church, Chapel, Mosque.

How would a master craftsman, like S J MacAbney (for instance), offer a report showing how many of each of those 8 entries for Faith goes to each of the three fields.

presbyterian Church 7 Chapel 3 Mosque 29
CofE Church 1 Chapel 17 Mosque 30
Lutherians Church 100 Chapel 12 Mosque 100

etc etc

By multiple queries? Please?

Sorry to bother you again with this, Pat.

The combo in the table has 7 entries for, say, religions. And I need to apply each of these religions to, say, PlaceOfWorship. There are quite a few of them.

I know how to use Union Queries to collect information from fields in different tables, of course, but I've not done that to collect information from a variety of options in a single field in a single table.

I would be most grateful if you could lead me by the hand here.

(Doing it with a multitude of queries causes some weird problems when I carry it into Word. As happens sometimes, hours of work down the drain. Now it's back to the drawing boards.) All the best
