Space between line of sub report

I can't seem to make the space in between the lines of my sub report small enough to line up with my preprinted form.

I've been to design view and moved the bottom up as far as it will go but it's not far enough, looking at the ruler it's about 0.6cm I've made the height of the fields smaller but it doesn't help.

Any suggestions how to make it smaller.

Can you post a screenshot of the main report in design view and another one with the report in report view?

Due to other inherent problems with sub reports and this problem I've decided to go a different way.
