Hello there,

I have a form which is designed as an Achievement Certificate for Nurses. However, when I save the certificate as PDF it saves all generated certificates in one PDF file. I want to access to save every certificate in a separate PDF file based on the Nurse name or Nurse ID.

Is there anyway for solving this?

Thank you

It sounds to me like you are printing out a form to be your certificate. If that's the case then I suggest you look at generating a report instead. Once you have a report you have more options. In particular you have the option of exporting the report as a PDF. It is also possible to print one PDF for each record. I answered a similar question a while back and with the help of the OP we came up with a good solution you can see the thread here:- https://access-programmers.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=267672 I also created a web page on my website with a set of resources including videos describing the process.

Thank you so much Uncle Gizmo. Your idea is right to have it as report instead of form. Also, The links you gave me is pretty helpful.

Much appreciation

Hi Rayyan91,

If you adopt this method I would be very grateful for your feedback so that I can improve my explanation of it.

Cheers Tony...
